TOURS OF THE CAP DE CREUS

In March of 1998, the Cap de Creus was proclaimed the first maritime-terrestrial Natural Park by the Catalan government. Today, 14,000 ha. of this land are protected and have become part of Catalonia's cultural and natural heritage. It is a unique site of the Iberic Peninsula.

In order to get you acquainted with this peculiar zone, we offer two tours, both starting from Port-Lligat.

ITINERARY #1: ONE-DAY TOUR

Requirements Must have previously completed another tour.

On this tour, we paddle along a coast full of little creeks and hideouts in the cliff wall, until Cala Culip. The course of the tour is shown on the following map:

In Cala Culip, we will take a break to eat, drink and rest a little. Also, because this tour is fairly long, any participant can feel free to use our pneumatic boat to return to Port-Lligat.

ITINERARY#2: TWO-DAY TOUR

Requirements Must have previously completed another tour.

 

This tour is a one-way tour, leaving Port-Lligat on the morning of the first day and arriving at Port de la Selva at the end of the second day. It is reckoned that the segment included in this tour is the most beautiful coast of the Cap de Creus Park. The length of this tour allows us to relax, and take full advantage of the landscape and of the kayaking adventure.

At the end of the tour, we will provide you with the transportation necessary to return to Port-Lligat.
